Win and Choose Any Property with £450k

This competition is a little different! The winner gets £450k to use to buy anything within the M25.

Normally the organisers have a house ready for the winner, but not with this competition. The winner gets 90 days to find a property within London or the M25 up to the value of £450,000, stamp duty and legal fees will also be paid for. While £450k might not get you as much in London as the rest of the country, you could still get yourself a nice house or apartment, especially if you head outside central London and look there.
