This competition is not for a specific property but for a prize fund of £500,000 to spend on any property in the UK.

The choice is yours; an apartment in London, a semi in Essex, a rural cottage in the North West, you can choose literally any property on the market up to £500k in value if you win this competition. This isn't the first time the organisers have done this, just recently they did the same thing with £450k which was initially for any property within the M25 but got changed to anywhere in the UK. They have also run several successful house prize competitions which all gave away the properties, so this competition has a very good chance of success.
