This property is located close to the beach in the town of Watamu on Kenya's Indian Ocean coast north of Mombasa.
The villa has a very African feel with whitewashed walls and thatched roofs, palm trees, shaded terraces and a swimming pool. Inside you will find six bedrooms and three reception rooms as well as a large tiled kitchen. Additionally there is a two bedroom guest house within the grounds. The villa's grounds are wonderfully tropical with flowers, verandas and a kidney shaped pool. Away from the villa you will find a town based on sustainable tourism with crystal clear water and coral reefs, turtle beaches and inland a nature reserve with elephants nearby.
The competition requires a question to be answered as is usually the case. It is being run by the same people who recently gave away a house in central Italy in a successul competition.
