Both houses have been used as five star rental properties in this beautiful part of Wales in Snowdonia National Park.

The properties are called Capel Jerusalem and Jerusalem Vestry and are both fitted out to a very high standard with open plan living areas including underfloor heating and granite worktops. The furniture is included in the prize which includes a baby grand piano. There are seven bedrooms in total all of which have en-suite facilities. Additionally there is an infra-red sauna in one property and a hot tub in the other's private courtyard area. A substantial rental income could be achieved by letting the houses as holiday homes due to their luxury design and the location near to beaches, mountains, forests and waterfalls.

The competition requires a question to be answered as is often the case. There is also an ambitious objective to raised £100,000 from the ticket proceeds to be given to the Alzheimer's Society charity.

UPDATE 23rd Nov: over 100,000 tickets have been sold so far!
