This is a new-build two bedroom house on a development in the picturesque village of Balrothery near the coast in Ireland.

The house will be fitted out to a modern specification and has a landscaped garden and cobbled driveway large enough for two cars. The village is located near the coast north of Dublin just 35 minutes drive away.

The competition is run by the local football club and proceeds will go to support the development of their pitches. There are now four similar club membership draw competitions in progress in Ireland and Northern Ireland, these do not require a question to be answered since they are technically not a competition. There are also a range of holidays as runners up prizes.
