This recently renovated stone house built in 1811 is located near the sea and the town of Porthmadog.
The house, called Cefn Isa Farmhouse, has three bedrooms with views of the surrounding countryside and across to the Irish sea. The living room has an original inglenook fireplace while the other side of the hall is a separate dining room and then a spacious modern kitchen with vaulted ceilings and skylights. Outside there is a garden with stone walls and an outbuilding, there is open countryside all around. The amazing location is five minutes drive from Criccieth Beach and 15 minutes from Snowdonia National Park.
The competition is being run by the same people who successfully gave away a rural stone cottage in 2020. As usual there is a question to answer before tickets can be purchased and there is an option to additionally donate to their chosen charity which is The Children's Society.
