Near the centre of London you'll find this apartment on the wide avenues of Maida Value.
The apartment is spread over two floors and includes four bedrooms, two doubles and two singles. There are two balconies with views over London while inside there is a spacious kitchen diner plus two additional reception rooms and a small study area/utility room. Just five minutes walk from a tube station makes this apartment perfectly located for working or visiting central London.
The competition requires a London tube network themed crossword to be completed and there are multiple prizes with the second place prize being a very nice £100,000. Two charities are also being supported through the competition, the KIDS charity and the London Community Foundation. With an acheivable number of ticket sales needed this lovely property could soon be handed over to a competition winner.

Donations to the charities will be rounded up to £3,000 each by topping up from the 20% allocation to expenses.
