This house is located in Dunleer some 40 minutes north from Dublin airport and south of the Northern Ireland border.

The house is newly built in a popular development estate and is done out to showroom standards. It has three bedrooms, one with ensuite, while downstairs there is a spacious living room and separate dinning room. The small garden has been laid to lawn except for an area of decking and shed. Dunleer is a thriving village with all amenities and excellent transport links using the nearby motorway.

The competition is a social membership draw whereby the entry fee is buying you membership of the local sports club who are running the competition, all members can then take part in the draw and there is no skill based question needed. These types of club organised competitions are becoming quite popular in Ireland and two have already resulted in people winning the houses. Beware that you have to fund the legal fees yourself should you win the house.
