This house on a new property estate is located by the A1 main road south of Belfast.

Inside, the house has one reception room and a kitchen dinner while upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and one smaller bedroom. There is only an architects drawing of the property as it is mostly likely still under contruction.

The competition is being run by the local Gaelic footclub with the additional proceeds of the competition presumably going back into supporting the club. There is a high £100 entry fee which gets you membership of the football club and entry into their prize draw, this is a different legal structure to other UK competitions (technically it is a draw and not a competition) so there is no question you have to answer. This format seems to be very successful with an extremely high likelyhood of success, it is very similar to two other draws in Ireland which you can also find on this site. As well as the main house prize there is also a car and multiple large cash runners up prizes.
