This property is located near to the town centre of Killarney which is near to a National Park and lakes in the south west of Ireland.

The house is just being completed (August 2020) and is a new build semi-detached with two parking spaces on the ourskirts of the town but within easy walking distance. Inside, there will be a separate sitting room and downstairs toilet as well as a large kitchen diner which will be fitted out to a high standard. Upstairs there are four bedrooms including an ensuite to the master bedroom.

This competition is being run by a local non-profit community council with the aim of funding a community sports facility. You are effectively buying membership to the community club by purchasing the ticket, this has been a very successful model for other house competitions in Ireland. As well as the house for the main prize there will be an additional nine smaller prizes in the form of vouchers.
