This house is located on the edge of a nature reserve giving countryside views from the patio at the back of the property.

Inside, the cottage has beams dating back to the 1500s but has been modernised with a nice kitchen/breakfast room and living space with a wood burner. All the furnishings are also included with the prize. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suite. Outside there is a large garden and patio with a jacuzzi (also included in the prize) as well as an amazing extra included in the prize... a £50,000 Range Rover.

The competition requires everyone to answer a general knowledge question as is normal for these types of competitions. Additionally, the competition is supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charities UK which supports sick children and their families, the target donation to the charity is £120,000.
