This beautiful Edwardian period property is around one hundred years old and situated within walking distance of Airdrie town centre.
The house has five bedrooms, including one on the split level in addition to a large attic room which houses a small sauna. The footprint of the house is very large with multiple reception rooms, conservatories and utility areas, the decor is to a high standard and is well maintained. Outside the property has a long driveway and secluded garden whilst still being near to Airdrie with its train connections to Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The competition requires a question to be answered in order to comply with gambling/lottery laws and ten percent of proceeds will be going to a local hospice.

It seems the competition will be cancelled at the last minute since so many people who had committed to buy tickets in advance did not then pay for the tickets when required. Only about one third have paid.
Phil who organised the competition has stated that all ticket costs will be refunded.
