The original house, known as Roselands, dates back around 200 years with extensive more modern extensions attached.

Located in the small village of Pill near Bristol the house has been extended and is now 17 rooms spread over three floors. It has four bedrooms and a large living room area with a small bar in a side room, there are also garages and a workshop. The grounds extend to half an acre and are laid out as an old English garden.

The competition involves a spot the ball type of entry. The number of tickets sales required is quite low so this stands a good chance of success although with no social media presence currently they might struggle to get enough attention.
