It has a large kitchen as well as two other reception rooms and a large indoor terrace area looking out onto a large outdoor terrace. The real beauty lies outside where you can find a good sized swimming pool, terraces and a garage all looking out towards the nearby Coast Blanca coast and set in 2.5 acres of land. The villa is located around 20 minutes drive from both Benidorm and Alicante.

The competition is run under UK law and requires the answering of a question before buying a ticket. Some of the proceeds of the competition will be used to support The Big Issue homeless charity in the UK.
