This property is a grade II listed Georgian hall in the north of England, it has been renoivated to a high standard.
Inside, there are five bedrooms over the two upper floors with the top floor arranged as a self contained apartment. There is a basement and wine cellar below ground level, with a spacious living area and modern kitchen on the ground floor. The property has been extensively refurbished and modernised by the current owners including saving many of the original features such as plaster cornices. The location is a small rural village but with towns nearby and within easy reach of the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales National Parks.
The competition does not require a question to be answered, this is based on their interpretation of UK gambling law and the availability of free entries. Charities will also receive money from the proceeds, between £100,000 and £200,000 going to a hospice and NHS Charities.

Insufficient tickets were sold to give away the house. The winner was drawn, it was a woman called Lesley from Ormskirk, she got a cash amount of £121,547. Additionally, £32,219 was donated to St John’s Hospice.
