This is a very ordinary three bedroom end of terrace house in Bristol.

But as the website says, it is in a good location and would be perfect for a family in need of accommodation. The house has a kitchen dinner and double aspect living room with patio doors to the paved garden. The only picture is of the front of the house and it does state that it is in need of a refresh.

The competition involves answering one question about Bristol and there are some small cash prizes as well as the main property prize. Additionally, all the bills will be paid for the first three months after the win while the winner decides what to do.
