Hadlow castle tower dates back to 1836 but has been refurbished to a high modern standard.
The tower is eight storeys high containing four bedrooms, a roof terrace at the fourth floor as well as a kitchen and three further reception rooms. All the furnishings are included in the prize including a suit of armour! The tower is set in communal grounds but does include ownership of an area of private woodland, it is located near Tonbridge which is a reasonable commute into London.
The competition requires answering a maths puzzle question. The structure of the prizes is complicated with a Caribean villa in Grenada available as an alternative prize as well as cash options, there are also weekly give-aways of a short stay in the castle worth £2,000. It requires 800,000 ticket sales before the castle can be given away as the prize, this will be a significant challenge and require some serious marketing by the organisers.
