It has six bedrooms all with en-suites as well as an annexe and wooden chalet in the garden which are rented out currently. There are seperate living room, dining room, kitchen and drawing room with lovely views down to the sea. The location is on the coast near to Cork city in the south of Ireland, a popular and beautiful place.

This competition is being hosted on the Raffall platform which holds all ticket proceeds until the prize is handed over, or otherwise pays out 75% in cash to the selected winner if insufficient tickets are sold. Additionally, some of the proceeds will be donated to The Hope Foundation charity which works with street children in Kolkata.
