This three bedroom bungalow is in the town of Halesowen only a few miles away from Birmingham.
The property has a good size kitchen-diner and an ensuite to the master bedroom, it is fitted out to a high standard and is currently empty. There is a also a small garden to the rear.
The competition involves one simple question, it is being run by the "UK's first ever house competition platform" with more properties to come later. Payment can only be taken through a bank transfer. The competition will be featured on the Property TV channel on Sky with the winner being announced on TV. An unspecified charity will also receive some of the competition funds.

A statement was issued by the competition organisers on the 20th August 2018 stating the following: "It is with great disappointment that due to unforeseen circumstances Raffle My House LTD is not in a position to conclude the competition for 119 Fallowfield Road in Halesowen. Refunds are available for everyone that entered our competition."
